SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN ON DECEMBER 20, 2011 AT 4 PM Jenna Järnstedt, 35 y.o., Master of Laws, has been appointed as a new member of the Management Group of Solteq Plc starting January 1, 2012. Jenna will join the company on January 1, 2012 and her responsibilities include the company's legal and contractual matters. Jenna moves to her new role from position of Legal Counsel of SAS Institute Ltd.
