Completion of financial restructuring for Solship Invest 3 AS and subsidiaries

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of July 20th, 2018, in

which it was informed that Solship Invest 3 AS ("SI3") had entered into an

agreement with its financial creditors for the financial restructuring of SI3

(the "Financial Restructuring").

The conditions precedent for the Financial Restructuring has now been satisfied,

and the Financial Restructuring is completed and effective as of today.
