Solis Minerals Ltd.'s Annual General Meeting – Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Shareholders of Solis Minerals Ltd. (ABN 27 653 083 026) (Company) will be held as follows:

Time and date: 11:00 am (AWST) on Thursday, 28 May 2026

Location: Unit 3, 32 Harrogate Street, West Leederville WA 6007

Notice of Meeting

In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice) unless individual shareholders have made a valid election to receive documents in hard copy. Instead, a copy of the Notice can be viewed and downloaded from:

• the Company's website at https://solisminerals.com/investors/asx-announcements/ ; or
• the ASX market announcements page under the Company's code "SLM".

If you have nominated an email address and have elected to receive electronic communications from the Company, you also receive an email to your nominated email address with a link to an electronic copy of the Notice.

For those shareholders that have not elected to receive notices by email, a copy of your personalised Proxy Form is enclosed for your convenience. Please complete and return the attached Proxy Form to the Company's share registry, Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited, using any of the following methods:

Online	Lodge the Proxy Form online at www.investorvote.com.au. To use the online lodgement facility, shareholders will need their holder number (Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN)) as shown on the front of the Proxy Form.

Your Proxy Form must be received by 11:00 am (AWST) on Tuesday, 26 May 2026. Any Proxy Form received after that time will not be valid for the scheduled Meeting. The Company strongly encourages all shareholders to submit their personalised Proxy Form as instructed prior to the Meeting.
