SOLID WORLD GROUP: PUBBLICATO IL CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI. NOTIFICATO A CONSOB IL KID DEI WARRANT SOLID WORLD 2022-2025
Treviso, 6 luglio 2022 - Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D, di seguito la "Società"), azienda a capo del Gruppo leader nel settore delle tecnologie digitali, della stampa 3D oltre che dell'additive manufacturing, rende noto, ai sensi dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, il calendario degli eventi societari per l'anno 2022.

KID Warrant
La Società comunica inoltre che ha notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob il KID dei Warrant "Solid World 2022-2025", come previsto dalla vigente normativa.
Il KID (Key Information Document) è un documento informativo sintetico e standardizzato predisposto con la finalità di presentare le caratteristiche dei prodotti finanziari in modalità facilmente fruibile e comprensibile per l'investitore al dettaglio sulla base del Regolamento Europeo in materia di PRIIPs (prodotti di investimento al dettaglio e assicurativi preassemblati), per consentire la comparabilità tra i diversi prodotti offerti sul mercato e incrementare la trasparenza delle informazioni di tali strumenti, rendendo in tal modo più agevole l'assunzione di consapevoli decisioni di investimento.
Il KID dei Warrant "Solid World 2022-2025" è disponibile sul sito internet www.solidworld.it,sezione "Investor – Strumenti finanziari".
La Società si riserva di integrare e/o modificare il KID pubblicato anche sulla base degli orientamenti che dovessero essere resi noti successivamente dalle competenti Autorità di Vigilanza.
INVESTOR RELATION MANAGER
In ottemperanza alle disposizioni di Borsa Italiana che prevedono la nomina dell'Investor Relations Manager, si informa che, in data 29 giugno 2022, il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società ha nominato Elisabetta Cammarata nel suddetto ruolo.
Solid World Group S.p.A. è a capo di un gruppo di 11 aziende fondato all'inizio degli anni 2000 dall'ingegnere Roberto Rizzo. Quotato nel segmento Euronext Growth Milan, il Gruppo è leader nello sviluppo e integrazione delle più moderne e complete tecnologie digitali 3D, in ambito software e hardware, all'interno delle aziende manifatturiere per supportare e accelerare la loro trasformazione verso la Fabbrica 4.0.

SOLID WORLD GROUP: CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR PUBLISHED SOLID WORLD 2022-2025 WARRANTS' KID SENT TO CONSOB
Treviso, July 6, 2022 - Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D, hereafter referred to as the "Company"), parent of a leading digital technologies, 3D printing and additive manufacturing Group, announces, as per Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, the 2022 corporate events calendar.

Warrants' KID
The Company also announces that it has sent the KID for the " Solid World 2022-2025" Warrants to the relative Consob office, as per the applicable regulations.
The KID (Key Information Document) is a concise and standardised prospectus outlining the features of financial products in an easy-to-use and understandable manner for the retail investor on the basis of the European Regulation on PRIIPs (packaged retail investment and insurance products). It enables comparability between the various products offered on the market and improves the transparency of information of such instruments, thereby making it easier to make informed investment decisions.
The "Solid World 2022-2025 " Warrants' KID is available on the www.solidworld.it website, "Investors - Financial Instruments" section.
The Company reserves the right to amend and/or modify the published KID based on any guidelines subsequently issued by the competent Supervisory Authorities.
INVESTOR RELATION MANAGER
In compliance with the provisions of "Borsa Italiana" (Italian Stock Exchange) requiring the appointment of an Investor Relations Manager, it is hereby announced that on June 29, 2022 the Company's Board of Directors appointed Elisabetta Cammarata to the role.
