SOLIDWORLD GROUP: COMUNICAZIONE RELATIVA AL MAGGIOR TERMINE DI 180 GIORNI PER L'APPROVAZIONE DEL BILANCIO D'ESERCIZIO 2024 E LA DISAMINA DEL BILANCIO CONSOLIDATO

Treviso, 25 Febbraio 2025 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., società quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan (ticker S3D) e a capo del Gruppo leader nei settori delle tecnologie industriali di design e stampa 3D, della bio-fabbricazione 3D e delle linee di produzione di macchinari per la fabbricazione di pannelli fotovoltaici di ultima generazione, comunica la seguente variazione del calendario eventi societari 2025 diffuso in data 29 Gennaio 2025 (link):

Il maggior termine di 180 giorni per l'approvazione del Bilancio d'esercizio e la disamina del Bilancio consolidato si è reso necessario per le particolari complessità nell'implementazione di nuovi sistemi informativi aziendali, all'interno di un Gruppo che nel corso dell'esercizio 2024 è stato fortemente impegnato nella strutturazione e ottimizzazione del proprio modello organizzativo, gestionale, finanziario ed amministrativo.

Completata nel 2023 l'operazione di conferimento di un ramo d'azienda tecnologico da parte della società Formula E S.r.l., società del gruppo Vismunda S.r.l., leader mondiale di automazione per equipment dedicato al settore delle energie rinnovabili che ha permesso a SolidWorld Group di entrare nel mercato del solare. SOLIDWORLD GROUP: COMMUNICATION RELATING TO THE EXTENDED TERM OF 180 DAYS FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE 2024 FINANCIAL STATEMENT AND THE EXAMINATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENT

Treviso, February 25, 2025 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ticker S3D) and head of the Group leader in the sectors of industrial 3D design and printing technologies, 3D bio-manufacturing and latest generation machinery lines for photovoltaic panel production, communicates the following change to the 2025 corporate events calendar released on 29 January 2025 (link):

30 September 2025	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as at 30 June 2025, voluntarily subject to a limited audit (*)

The extended deadline of 180 days for the approval of the financial statements and the examination of the consolidated financial statements was made necessary by the particular complexities in the implementation of new corporate information systems, within a Group that during the 2024 financial year was heavily engaged in the structuring and optimization of its organizational, management, financial and administrative model.
