SOLID WORLD GROUP: RICEVUTI ORDINI PER EURO 1,2 MILIONI PER LA STAMPANTE 3D CHE REALIZZA TESSUTI DECORATI

Solid World Group ha avviato in Italia la distribuzione della Stratasys J850 TechStyle che realizza decorazioni su stoffe e tessuti con tecnologia additiva.

Treviso, 15 giugno 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D), azienda a capo del Gruppo leader nel settore delle tecnologie digitali, della stampa 3D oltre che dell'additive manufacturing, facendo seguito al comunicato stampa diffuso in data 16 maggio 2023, comunica di aver già ricevuto tre ordini per un importo complessivo pari a Euro 1,2 milioni per la stampante 3D che realizza tessuti decorati. A venderla sul mercato italiano è la controllata Energy Group S.r.l., con sede a Bentivoglio in provincia di Bologna. Gli ordini ricevuti provengono da tre aziende operanti nel settore fashion; per due di queste l'installazione della stampante è già avvenuta mentre la terza installazione è prevista entro il mese di luglio 2023.

La stampante 3D Stratasys J850 TechStyle è dotata di tecnologia 3DFashion e capacità multi-materiale in grado di realizzare disegni e decorazioni direttamente su tessuti. Grazie a questa tecnologia additiva è possibile realizzare abbigliamento, calzature e accessori di lusso, offrendo risultati altrimenti impossibili con i metodi di produzione convenzionali. Il tutto attraverso un software di gestione e progettazione di proprietà di Solid World Group. La stampante ha un valore economico unitario pari a circa Euro 400 mila. Il funzionamento della stampante avviene attraverso un processo completamente digitalizzato. Il progetto del disegno da imprimere sul tessuto viene realizzato con il software CAD per essere poi ricreato con la stampante 3D direttamente sul tessuto da valorizzare. Il polimero si fissa sul materiale durante la lavorazione, in un'area selezionata dall'operatore e si indurisce durante il processo di stampa. La stampante è in grado di realizzare decorazioni con oltre 600.000 colori in un'area di stampa grande fino a 2 metri quadrati. Il cabinet della stampante contiene 7 cartucce per materiali, a partire dai colori vividi fino a quelli completamente trasparenti, in grado di supportare qualsiasi design, comprese le texture con materiali sia rigidi che flessibili.

SOLID WORLD GROUP: ORDERS OF EURO 1.2 MILLION RECEIVED FOR 3D PRINTER THAT MAKES DECORATED FABRICS

Solid World Group has launched distribution in Italy of the Stratasys J850 TechStyle, which makes decorations on fabrics and textiles with additive technology.

Treviso, June 15, 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D), parent of a leading digital technologies, 3D printing and additive manufacturing Group, following on from the press release issued on May 16, 2023, announces that it has already received three orders for a total amount of Euro 1.2 million for the 3D printer that makes decorated fabrics. The subsidiary Energy Group S.r.l., based in Bentivoglio in the province of Bologna, shall market it on the Italian market. The orders received came from two companies operating in the fashion industry; the printer has already been installed for two while the third installation is expected to take place by July 2023.

The Stratasys J850 TechStyle 3D printer with 3DFashion technology and multi-material capabilities that can make designs and decorations directly on fabrics. With this additive technology it will be possible to make luxury clothing, footwear and accessories, offering results otherwise impossible with conventional production methods. All through Solid World Group's proprietary design and management software. The printer has a unit economic value of approximately Euro 400 thousand. The operation of the printer is through a fully digitized process. The design of the pattern to be imprinted on the fabric is made with CAD software to be then recreated with the 3D printer directly on the fabric to be enhanced. The polymer attaches to the material during processing, in an area selected by the operator, and hardens during the printing process. The printer is capable of making decorations with more than 600,000 colors in a printing area as large as 2 square meters. The printer cabinet contains 7 material cartridges, starting from vivid colors to fully transparent, capable of supporting any design, including textures with both rigid and flexible materials.
