Major shareholder announcement

Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Solar A/S hereby announces that FIL Limited has informed Solar that following its acquisition of shares on 30 November 2018, FIL Limited's holding of Solar B shares now totals 388,321 shares at DKK 100, corresponding to an ownership share of 5.01% and a voting right of 2.45%.
