Major shareholder announcement Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish law on securities trading, Solar A/S hereby announces that Nordea Funds Oy has informed Solar that Nordea Funds Oy's holding of Solar B shares now totals 782,291 shares at DKK 100, following its acquisition of shares on 28 December 2017, corresponding to an ownership share of 10.10% and a voting right of 4.94%.
