Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish law on securities trading, Solar A/S hereby announces that Nordea Funds Oy has informed Solar that Nordea Funds Oy's holding of Solar B shares now totals 777,909 shares at DKK 100, following its sale of shares on 23 December 2016, corresponding to an ownership share of 9.8% and a voting right of 4.9%.
