own name and on behalf of our wholly-owned

subsidiaries Barclays bank Plc and Barclays Capital

Securities Ltd. As a result of an acquisition of

377,350 shares on 08 January 2015 in the capital of

REC SOLAR ASA (RECSOL) we now hold 4,213,531 shares

or 10.53% of the company.
