member Øystein Stray Spetalen, has on 28 February

sold 520 000 shares in REC Solar ASA at NOK 116,- per

share.

Ferncliff Listed DAI AS, a company controlled by

board member Øystein Stray Spetalen, has on 28

February sold 1 730 000 shares in REC Solar ASA at

NOK 116,- per share.

Gross Management AS and Ferncliff Listed DAI AS have

undertaken a customary lock-up agreement with

Swedbank for all remaining 2 038 204 shares in REC

Solar ASA for a period lasting until 28 August 2014.

After these transactions Øystein Stray Spetalen and

associated companies have a total holding of 2 038

204 shares in REC Solar ASA representing 5.1%.
