Oslo, Norway - April 11, 2014: REC Solar ASA ("REC") will release its first

quarter results for 2014 on Friday, April 25 2014 at approximately 07:00 am

Central European Time (CET).

A presentation is scheduled the same day at 8:00 am CET at Swedbank's office,

Filipstad Brygge 1 (8th. floor), 0115 Oslo, Norway. The event will be webcasted
