Ørn Software Holding AS (ORN) – Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the announcement dated 24 March 2021 by Ørn Software Holding AS (the "Company") regarding a completed private placement of new and existing shares in the Company and the Board of Directors' decision to issue 23,809,524 new shares (the "New Shares") and the decision to issue 82,973 new shares following an exercise of share options (the "Option Shares").

The share capital increases pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares and the Option Shares have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the Company's new registered share capital is NOK 8,594,296.80, divided into 85,942,968 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
