Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Ørn Software Holding AS (the

"Company") on 9 July 2021 regarding the Company's completion of the acquisition

of Rapal Oy ("Rapal"). In connection with the closing of the Rapal acquisition,

the Company issued 6,462,980 new shares as consideration to the sellers of Rapal

through an increase of the share capital with NOK 646,298.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK

9,439,853.70 divided by 94,398,537 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
