Wherein, East India Udyog Ltd have sold 3,27,285 shares and One of the PAC i.e. Helix Probuild LLP have also sold 34,134 shares from last reporting date i.e. July 09, 2024.

Previously, East India Udyog Ltd had also reported its holding reduction by 2.03% on July 09, 2024. One of its PAC i.e. Udyat Indian Ventures LLP had also reported its holding reduction by 7.80% on June 14, 2024.

(**) Total share capital/ voting capital to be taken as per the latest filing done by the company to the Stock Exchange under Clause 35 of the listing Agreement.
