Bernd Häußler (age 42) with effect of October 1st, 2004, as a member of Softing AG’s executive board. After studying electric engineering, Mr. Häußler has worked in the electric engineering departments of large international automotive manufacturers. He has developed and employed various data-buses in modern vehicles. Initially Mr. Häußler will jointly lead the Automotive Electronics department of Softing AG together with Dipl.-Ing. Eduard Himmelsdorfer. Mr. Himmelsdorfer, cofounder of Softing AG and member of the executive board for many years, has agreed with the supervisory board to be relieved of his duties as a member of the executive board with effect of December 31st, 2004. However, he will continue to actively support Softing AG with his expertise and commitment.
