Admission of Ordinary Shares

Further to its announcement on 10 December 2015, the Company is pleased to announce that 629,883 ordinary shares have today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

611,268 of the new ordinary shares will be awarded to certain eligible employees of the Company pursuant to free share awards under the Softcat plc Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP") and the balance of 18,615 new ordinary shares will be held by Capita IRG Trustees Limited as trustee of the SIP.
