Release and consultation process of the information relating to the Joint General Meeting to be held on May 22, 2012
Société Générale's shareholders are informed that they are convened to the Joint General Meeting of the company to be held on May 22, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. at Paris Expo, Espace Grande Arche, 92044 Paris-La Défense.
The preliminary notice to the Joint General Meeting and the notice to attend the Joint General Meeting were respectively published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) on March 14, 2012, and on April 20, 2012.
The documentation and information to be provided in respect of the Joint General Meeting are held at the shareholders' disposal, in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions, at the administrative office of the company: 17 cours Valmy 92972 Paris-La Défense.
