Lists submitted for the renewal of the Company's boards

San Donato Milanese, 4 April 2016 – Snam informs that three lists of candidates for the Board of Directors and two for the Board of Statutory Auditors have been submitted in view of the Shareholders' Meeting on 27 April 2016 (single call) that will renew the Company's boards.

The shareholder CDP Reti S.p.A., representing 28.9% of Snam's capital, presented two lists of candidates:

• For the Board of Directors:

The lists and related documentation required under current legislation will be available to the public by 6 April 2016 at Snam's registered office in San Donato Milanese, Piazza Santa Barbara, 7, on the Company's website (www.snam.it, "Governance and Conduct – Shareholders' Meeting" Section), on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) and at the authorized storage system "NIS-STORAGE" managed by Bit Market Service S.p.A. ().
