Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 2,378,259 Ordinary shares of 10p each and a further issue of 9,621,741 Ordinary shares of 10p each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List for trading on 1 September 2017. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The block listing consists of 2,378,259 shares to be issued under the Performance Share Plan and the further issue of 9,621,741 shares relates to the listing of shares that have already issued under the Performance Share Plan.
