DS Smith Plc ("DS Smith") has been advised that Jonathan Nicholls, a non-Executive Director of DS Smith, was appointed as a non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Ibstock plc on 22 September 2015.  Ibstock plc was admitted to the premium listing segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange today.  As required by the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no other changes to any of the details previously disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R (1) to (6).
