SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - CFO transition accelerated
1 December 2025 - SmartCraft ASA announces that the previously communicated
change of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), disclosed on 3 November 2025, will take
effect earlier than previously announced. Kine Kragholm Olsen assumes the
position of interim CFO effective today.
The acceleration is driven by regulatory requirements associated with the
Company's announced plan to transfer its share listing from Euronext Oslo Børs
to Nasdaq Stockholm. The relisting in Stockholm was confirmed in a separate
release published today.
Kine Kragholm Olsen, who comes from the role as group chief accountant, succeeds
Kjartan Bø. Kjartan Bø will serve as executive advisor to ensure a smooth
transition and support the relisting process. He will leave SmartCraft on 31
January 2026.
