Smart Parking Limited (ASX:SPZ) are pleased to announce record FY22 results.

Financial highlights

Group revenue $38.1m up 68% on FY21
Adjusted EBITDA $8.8m up 296% on FY21
Adjusted EBITDA margin up from 9.8% to 23.0%
Adjusted NPAT up $3.9m to $2.2m
Free cash flow $8.1m up 624% on FY21

Operational highlights

Built foundations for growth in Germany, Australia and NZ while continuing to scale the core business in the UK.
Parking breach notice issuance up by 81%
Continued uptake of ANPR management services with 303 new sites in FY22
Completed acquisitions and integration of Enterprise Parking Solutions and NE Parking in FY22

Management services

Revenue of $33.4m up 83% on FY21
Adjusted EBITDA of $9.7m up 130% on FY21
Adjusted EBITDA margin up from 23.1% to 29.1%
$0.65m investment in H2 FY22 in the new German operation
