COMPLETION OF RIGHTS ISSUE

Money 3 Corporation Limited confirms that the Rights Issue has completed and as a result 2,684,588 new shares have been taken up by the Eligible Shareholders. Pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement the Underwriter has applied for the residual shortfall shares of 7,974,565 which will result in a total of 10,659,153 shares being issued.

Details of the change in the issued capital of the Company is listed below

Fully paid ordinary shares held prior to allotment 31,976,983
Fully paid ordinary shares allotted 10,659,153
Fully paid ordinary shares held after allotment 42,636,136

Holding statements have been despatched today.

Quotation has been sought for all of the new shares and options on ASX and normal trading is expected to commence Friday 1 April 2011.
