bmp AG/bmp Media Investors: Sale of Nokaut.pl finalised

Berlin, 24 February 2010

Following fulfilling all suspensive conditions, bmp Media Investors AG &
Co. KGaA, a 100% subsidiary of bmp AG (ISIN DE0003304200), concluded the
sale of its 34.26% investment in Nokaut.pl to the LBO fund 'INVESTOR
LEVERAGED BUY OUT FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY ZAMKNIETY AKTYWÓW NIEPUBICZNYCH',
managed by TFI Investors, on 23 February 2010. The purchase price of PLN
5.4 million (EUR 1.35 million) secures bmp a quadrupling of the capital it
has invested in the company since 2006.

Jens Spyrka, partner of bmp AG, commented: 'Once again, we have
successfully supported the development of a Polish online company from its
foundation to the Top 3 of its market segment. The next growth phase of the
company, whose growth dynamic was also ahead of the Polish e-commerce
market in 2009, will now be supported by the LBO fund, which was won as a
replacement partner for bmp Media Investors. We wish the Nokaut.pl team
every success in further market development and thank them for the
successful development of the company since 2006'.
