In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Ironbark Zinc Limited (“ Ironbark ”, “ the Company ” or “ IBG ”) advises that it is intending to hold its Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) on 29 November 2021.

In accordance with Ironbark’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of the Company at the AGM is 18 October 2021.
