Sky Metals Ltd (ASX:SKY) (‘SKY’ or the ‘Company’) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 58,251,287 fully paid ordinary shares and 12,734,375 unlisted options will be released from escrow on 1 July 2021.

The Company intends to apply for quotation of the shares.
