SKY acquired an option to purchase a 100% interest in the Galwadgere Project (EL6320) through an Option to Purchase Agreement with Alkane (ASX:SKY 24 August 2020).

SKY has completed the required expenditure and elected to exercise its right to purchase a 100% interest in the Galwadgere Project from Alkane (ASX:SKY 30 November 2020).

Completion of the purchase was subject to NSW Government Ministerial approval for the transfer of the Galwadgere tenement which has now been received.
