Management Changes

Sky Metals Ltd (ASX:SKY) (‘SKY’ or the ‘Company’) advises that Mark Arundell has notified the Company that he will step down from the role of CEO late in April . Mark will continue his involvement with SKY as a Technical Consultant to the Company.

The Company is thankful for Mark’s significant contribution to the Company to date and is looking forward to continuing to work with Mark into the future.

SKY is pleased to advise that it has promoted Mr Oliver Davies to the position of Exploration Manager. Oliver will take responsibility for managing the Company’s exploration program. He has held the position of Senior Geologist with SKY, and has been an integral part of SKY’s active exploration team since July 2019. Oliver is an experienced Geologist with a background of NSW focused roles including with Alkane Resources and Evolution Mining.

At this time, the Company will not fill the CEO position, with SKY’s Non-Executive Directors to provide additional assistance with the Company’s operations.
