CHANGE OF OFFICERS

The Directors of Planet Gas Limited (the 'Company') advise that Mr Anthony McClure, a Director of the Company, has been appointed to the role of Managing Director for the current phase of the Company’s development and Mr Ian Halstead has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective 31 May 2012.

Anthony McClure graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from Macquarie University in 1986. He has more than 25 years technical, management and financial experience in the resource sector worldwide in project management and executive development roles. He has also worked in the financial services sector and stockbroking, primarily as a resource analyst covering both mineral and energy sectors. Mr McClure is a previous Managing Director of European Gas Limited and is a current Director of unlisted public companies Nickel Mines Limited and Mekong Minerals Limited.

The Directors acknowledge and thank Mr Halstead for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
