APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, the Directors announce the appointment of Mr Marcelo Mora and the resignation of Mr Peter Nightingale as Company Secretary. Mr. Nightingale retains his position as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer.

Marcelo Mora holds a Bachelor of Business degree and Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance, is a Chartered Secretary ACIS. Mr Mora has been an accountant for more than 25 years and has experience in resources and mining companies both in Australia and in internationally providing financial reporting and company secretarial services to a range of publicly listed companies.
