ADJUSTMENT OF CONVERSION RATE FOR US$329.5 MILLION CONVERTIBLE NOTES DUE 2009

With respect to US$329.5 million in zero coupon convertible notes due 2009, on August 1, 2005, the rate of conversion for such convertible notes was adjusted to Won 225,518 per share of our common stock from Won 226,566 per share of our common stock.
