Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie
Padova, 1 febbraio 2021 – SIT S.p.a. ("SIT" o la "Società"), società quotata sul mercato MTA, rende noto che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 6 maggio 2020, ed avviato in pari data, nel periodo tra il 25 gennaio 2021 e il 29 gennaio 2021 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 4.500 azioni ordinarie SIT ad un prezzo medio unitario di Euro 6,4267 per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 28.920,00.
Di seguito si riporta il dettaglio delle operazioni su base giornaliera:

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme
Padua, February 1st, 2021 – SIT S.p.a. ("SIT", or the "Company"), listed on the MTA market, with reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on May 6th 2020, and launched on the same date, informs that in the period between January 25th, 2021, and January 29th, 2021, acquired n. 4.500 SIT's ordinary shares at an average unit price of EUR 6,4267 per share, for a total amount of EUR 28.920,00.
