Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie
Padova, 26 luglio 2021 – SIT S.p.a. ("SIT" o la "Società"), società quotata sul mercato MTA, rende noto che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 29 aprile 2021, ed avviato in pari data, nel periodo tra il 19 luglio 2021 e il 23 luglio 2021 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 6.575 azioni ordinarie SIT ad un prezzo medio unitario di Euro 8,2178per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 54.032,06.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme
Padua, July 26th, 2021 – SIT S.p.a. ("SIT", or the "Company"), listed on the MTA market, with reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on April 29th 2021, and launched on the same date, informs that in the period between July 19th, 2021, and July 23rd, 2021, acquired n. 6.575 SIT's ordinary shares at an average unit price of EUR 8,2178 per share, for a total amount of EUR 54.032,06.
