SIT INCARICA MARA DI GIORGIO A SUPPORTO DELL'INVESTOR RELATIONS
Padova, 6 maggio 2019 - SIT S.p.A., società quotata sul segmento MTA organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., rende noto che ha affidato a Mara Di Giorgio l'incarico di supporto all'attività di Investor Relations (IR) del Gruppo a decorrere dalla data odierna.
Mara Di Giorgio vanta una consolidata esperienza nel settore avendo operato tra le altre in Benetton Group, De Rigo, Banca IFIS e H-Farm. Recentemente ha costituito assieme a Romina Marcosichi la società TWIN S.r.l mediante la quale affiancherà Paul Fogolin, CFO di SIT, nello sviluppo delle relazioni con la comunità finanziaria italiana ed internazionale con l'obiettivo di una proattiva comunicazione finanziaria e un dialogo tempestivo e trasparente nei confronti degli stakeholder del Gruppo.
"L'obiettivo di questo incarico" ha commentato Federico de Stefani, Presidente e Amministratore Delegato di SIT, "è in linea con gli obiettivi dichiarati al momento del passaggio di SIT sul mercato MTA, ovvero un investimento di tempo e risorse in una attività per noi strategica, per ottenere una maggiore visibilità sui mercati finanziari garantendo un regolare e completo flusso di informazioni nonché una superiore liquidità del titolo. Tutto questo aiuterà a creare le condizioni per un corretto apprezzamento dell'Azienda".
SIT sviluppa, produce e commercializza componenti e sistemi per il controllo, la regolazione e la sicurezza degli apparecchi per il riscaldamento domestico a gas e degli impianti di ristorazione collettiva. SIT opera inoltre nel settore dello Smart Gas Metering, producendo contatori di nuova generazione gestibili da remoto con lettura dei consumi e comunicazione in tempo reale.

SIT APPOINTS MARA DI GIORGIO TO SUPPORT INVESTOR RELATIONS
Padua, May 6th, 2019 – SIT S.p.A., a company listed on the MTA market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that it has appointed Mara Di Giorgio with the task of supporting the Group's Investor Relations (IR) activity starting from today.
Mara Di Giorgio has a consolidated experience in the sector having worked among others in Benetton Group, De Rigo, Banca IFIS and H-Farm. Recently, together with Romina Marcosichi, they set up TWIN S.r.l., a company through which they will work alongside Paul Fogolin, SIT's CFO , in developing relations with the Italian and international financial community with the aim of proactive financial communication and a timely and transparent dialogue with the Group's stakeholders.
"The appointment of Mara Di Giorgio in this role" commented Federico de Stefani, Chairman and CEO of SIT, "is in line with the objectives stated at the time of SIT's transition to the main market: a commitment of effort and resources in a key strategic activity for us, to obtain greater visibility on the financial markets, guaranteeing a regular and complete flow of information as well as greater liquidity of the stock. SIT develops, produces and distributes components and systems for controls and safety of gas-based domestic heating and catering equipment. The Group operates in the Smart Gas Metering sector, producing new generation remote meters with real-time consumption readings and communication.
