Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 4, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a joint development agreement with O2TODAY with respect to the development of a face mask that incorporates the Company’s silicon nitride technology. A copy of this press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
