DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of SinoMab BioScience Limited (中國抗體製藥有限 公司) (the “ Company ”) dated 22 December 2020 in relation to the proposed issue of Convertible Bonds (the “ Announcement ”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As stated in the Announcement, a circular containing further details in relation to the proposed issue of Convertible Bonds (the “ Circular ”) was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 14 January 2021. As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise the information to be included in the Circular, the Company now expects to despatch the Circular to the Shareholders on or before 27 January 2021.
