CLEANSING NOTICE

Notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

14 April 2026

Sydney, 14 April 2026: This notice is provided by Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) (the ‘Company’) for the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (‘Corporations Act’) regarding the issue of 940,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) as detailed in the Appendix 2As dated 14 April 2026.

For the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, the Company gives notice of the following in respect of Shares:

1. The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors in accordance with Part 6D of the Corporations Act.

2. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

3. (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to it; and

4. (b) Section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act.

5. There is no excluded information, as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, as at the date of this notice.
