2015 ANNUAL RESULTS

SIM Technology Group Limited (“ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, “ Group ”) will publish its annual results announcement of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2015 on 24 March 2016. To promote institutional investor relations and communications, the Company will hold an institutional investor conference at Unit 2402, 24/F., Admiralty Centre I, 18 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong on Thursday, 24 March 2016 at 4:30 p.m. Please note that attendance at the institutional investor conference is by invitation only.
