We have read the statements made by Silver Storm Mining Ltd. (formerly Golden Tag Resources Ltd.) in the attached copy of change of auditor notice dated November 20, 2023, which we understand will be filed pursuant to Section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102.

We agree with the statements in the change of auditor notice dated November 20, 2023, except that we have no basis to agree or disagree with the following statements:

• the Corporation intends to appoint DMCL LLP (the Successor Auditor) as the auditor of the Corporation, effective November 17, 2023; and

• the audit committee of the board of directors of the Corporation has considered the resignation of the Former Auditor as the Corporation’s auditor and recommended the appointment of the Successor Auditor as the Corporation’s auditor.
