Resignation of Director

As a result of other commitments, the Company would like to announce that Mr John Percival has decided not to offer himself for re-election at the forth coming Annual General Meeting and has resigned as a Director of the Company effective close of business today.

The Board would like to thank John for his role in the formation of the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
