Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 13, 2024, Raul Camposano, Chief Technology Officer of Silvaco Group, Inc. (the “Company”), and the Company agreed that Mr. Camposano would retire from the Company, effective immediately.
