On April 8, 2016, Alf-Egil Bogen notified Silicon Laboratories Inc. of his decision to resign from his position as a member of its Board of Directors effective at the beginning of the day on April 21, 2016. Mr. Bogen’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with Silicon Laboratories Inc. regarding its operations, policies or practices.
