Silicon Laboratories Inc. (“ Silicon Laboratories”) has learned that Laurence G. Walker, a member of its Board of Directors, has passed away. Mr. Walker was also a member of Silicon Laboratories’ Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and served as Chairman of the Compensation Committee.
