Notice is hereby given that the Eighty Seventh Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of SIL Investments Limited ('the Company') will be held on Tuesday, 31" August, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conference ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') to transact the business set out in the Notice of the AGM.

1. Procedure to be followed by those Members whose e-mail ids are not registered with the depositories for procuring user id and password and registration of e-mail ids for e-Voting for the resolutions set out in AGM notice:

अकलेरा शहर में लगातार हो रही बरसात के कारण गुरुवार को शहर के बस स्टैंड सहित कई इलाकों में पानी जमा होने पर तालुका विधिक सेवा समिति अध्यक्ष एडीजे असीम कुलश्रेष्ठ ने नाराजगी जताते हुए नगरपालिका ईओ को नेटिस जारी किया और 11 अगस्त तक उनसे जवाब मांग है।

विलिम्ब सेवा समिति से प्राप्त फीट फारी आ गया है। इस संसंघ में समिति इारा नोटिस जारी कर पछा जानकारी के अनुसार नगरपालिका गया है कि नगरपालिका के सिकार्ड को अवगत करवाया गया है कि के अनुसार इस नाले की प्रारम्भ से अकलेरा में बस स्टैंड के पीछे मुख्य नाला स्थित है। पिछले दो दिनों के अन्त तक चौड़ाई कितनी थी। क्या दौरान रई भारी बारिश से नाले में नाले पर अतिक्रमण हो रहा है ? यदि अचानक पानी की आवक हो गई। हां तो आफ्के द्वारा क्या कार्यवाही की इससे नाले के किनारे स्थित घरों में दकानें निर्मित हैं ? वर्षा फर्व क्या नाले पानी जमा हो गया। बार स्टैंड क्षेत्र में भी करीब 4-5 फीट पानी एकत्रित की साफ-सफाई करवाई गई थी ? इन हो गया। दुकानों में भी पानी पहुंच सेवा समिति द्वारा अतिक्रमियों की
