Completion of Johnston Quarry Group Acquisition

SigmaRoc (AIM: SRC), the AIM quoted quarried materials group is pleased to announce, further to its announcement of 4 January 2022, that it has completed the acquisition of Johnston Quarry Group Limited ('JQG'). JQG is a high-quality producer of construction aggregates, building stone and agricultural lime across eight sites in England.

Together with G.D. Harries, a subsidiary of the Company operating six quarries in Wales, JQG will expand SigmaRoc's offering of construction materials and agricultural lime to service customers in England and Wales. The expansion of the Group's product offering and geographical reach will benefit both companies, as well as the Group's Precast Products Group ('PPG') platform.
