CICRA Approval

SigmaRoc (AIM:SRC) is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcement on the 21 November 2016, the Company has today received formal approval from the Channel Islands Competition & Regulatory Authorities ("CICRA") in respect of the proposed acquisition of Ronez Limited from Aggregate Industries Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of LafargeHolcim Ltd.
