SigmaRoc, the European lime and minerals group, announces the following purchases of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by certain Directors.

Director purchases

David Barrett, Chairman, has purchased 142,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 67 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Barrett's total interest in the Company is 4,082,234 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.37% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Max Vermorken, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 32,632 Ordinary Shares at a price of 68.2 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Vermorken's total interest in the Company is 1,070,193 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
