SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build quarried materials group, announces the following dealings by certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') on 25 April 2023:

David Barrett, Executive Chairman, purchased 115,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 58.0 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Barrett's total interest in the Company is 3,434,180 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.495% of the total voting rights of the Company.
