PDMR Dealings

SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces the following dealings by certain Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") on 26 June 2019:

David Barrett, Executive Chairman of SigmaRoc, purchased 440,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Barrett's total interest in the Company is now 1,687,836 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.97% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Max Vermorken, CEO of SigmaRoc, purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 44.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Vermorken's total interest in the Company is now 391,983 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Tim Hall, a Non-Executive Director of SigmaRoc, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 44.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Hall's total interest in the Company is now 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the total voting rights of the Company.
